Spunbond nonwoven fabric technology
Spun-bonded nonwovens are made by extruding and stretching polymers to form continuous filaments, which are then laid into a web. The web is then bonded using methods such as self-bonding, thermal bonding, chemical bonding, or mechanical reinforcement to create the nonwoven fabric. In spun-bonded nonwovens, polypropylene spun-bonded fabrics can account for up to 70% of the total, followed by polyester spun-bonded fabrics at around 18%, with the remainder being nylon spun-bonded fabrics and a small amount of functional spun-bonded fabrics.

Characteristics of non-woven fabrics
1. Lightweight: Made primarily from polypropylene resin, its specific gravity is only 0.9, only three-fifths that of cotton, with good fluffiness and a soft feel. 2. Soft: Composed of fine fibers (2-3D) lightly bonded by thermoplastic adhesive. The finished product has moderate softness and a comfortable feel.
