Recently, the China Artists Association’s “Young Partners Program”—the inaugural Fashion 100 closing exhibition and runway show—came to a successful close at the Central Academy of Fine Arts Museum. Since the launch of the Fashion 100 initiative in April 2025, Guangzhou Jimei Weaving has collaborated closely with young designers from 59 universities and renowned design institutions across China. Leveraging its deep technical expertise and extensive industry experience in weaving, Jimei provides end-to-end support—spanning fabric R&D to full-scale production—for these designers. At this concluding showcase, numerous ready-to-wear pieces crafted from Jimei Weaving’s fabrics were presented in both a dynamic runway show and a static exhibition, highlighting the young designers’ solid mastery of garment-making techniques while underscoring the pivotal role that high-quality fabrics play in conveying cultural expression and driving industrial upgrading.
