Job Responsibilities:

1. Handle and convert inquiries from the 1688 platform;

2. Follow up via WeChat and thoroughly identify customer needs to drive order conversion;

3. Respond to customer inquiries enthusiastically and promptly, proactively resolve pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales issues, and facilitate transactions.

4. Actively maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases.

5. Follow up on the production and shipment progress of customer orders and promptly keep customers informed.

6. Promptly report product customer feedback and market conditions to the team and leadership;

7. Invite customers to leave a positive review after receiving the goods;

Job Requirements:

1. Associate degree or higher; candidates with 1688 sales experience will be given priority; no industry restrictions.

2. Candidates with strong team spirit, communication skills, and execution capabilities will be given priority in hiring.

3. Conduct regular summaries and report work to superiors;

4. Candidates with a lively personality and strong communication, logical reasoning, comprehension, execution, and organizational skills will be given priority.

5. Candidates with sales experience and a clear profit-driven mindset will be given priority; no applicants seeking to “fish in troubled waters” please.

6. Proficient in office software, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

7. Enter new customers into Xiaoman, update follow-up status daily, and conduct weekly reviews with supervisors on key accounts.

1. Probation period: 1–3 months; outstanding performers may be converted to regular status ahead of schedule, with Guangzhou social security coverage provided.
