Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop overseas customers and expand into international markets through Alibaba.com, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms; generate quotations, conduct negotiations, and track order conversion.

2. Screen RFQ quotes daily, launch Fan Pass promotions, and conduct store livestreams.

3. Maintain customer relationships, promptly respond to and address overseas customer inquiries, and achieve individual sales targets;

4. Promptly report product customer feedback and market conditions to the team and leadership;

5. Assist with all order fulfillment tasks and solicit positive reviews from customers upon receipt of goods;

 

Job Requirements:

1. Associate degree or higher; candidates with a major in International Trade or Business English will be given priority.

2. Fluent in English—listening, speaking, reading, and writing—at a minimum to meet everyday communication needs; CET-4 or above (a strict requirement), with preference given to candidates who have achieved CET-6; required for overseas exhibition participation.

3. At least one year of experience as a sales representative on Alibaba.com; candidates with extensive experience may be considered with more flexible requirements.

4. Candidates with a lively and outgoing personality, strong communication, logical reasoning, comprehension, execution, and organizational skills will be given priority in the hiring process.

5. Demonstrating good work habits will be considered a plus;

6. Proficient in office software, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

7. Enter new customers into Xiaoman, update follow-up status daily, and conduct weekly reviews with supervisors on key accounts.

 

Job Benefits:

1. Probation period: 1–3 months; outstanding performers may be converted to regular status ahead of schedule, with Guangzhou social security coverage provided.

2. Daily meal allowance of 30; monthly full-attendance bonus of 200; housing allowance of 300 (available only after becoming a regular employee).
